Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind, starting the day after delivery.

How to return

Email us within 14 days. We'll send return instructions. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We can exchange unused items for a different size or frame within 14 days.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Non-returnable

Personalised or commissioned artwork is non-returnable unless faulty.
